Ubisoft’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands will be receiving an open beta, as is the company’s modus operandi these days, and revealed that a new province will be available to play.
This was revealed in an email sent to closed beta players and also featured a survey meant for garnering feedback from the closed beta. There’s not much information currently available such as when the open beta will start but we expect it to arrive sometime before the game’s launch in March.
Ghost Recon: Wildlands’ closed beta elicited quite the mixed reaction. Some enjoyed the prospect of an open world but criticized the implementation, namely when it comes to how populated it is with random things to do. Others liked the character creator and Gunsmith for the choice on hand. Then there are those unhappy with the direction since it doesn’t feel like a Ghost Recon game.
Ghost Recon: Wildlands is out on March 7th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. What are your thoughts on the closed beta and will you take part in the open beta? Let us know below.
