Since launching last month, One More Level’s Ghostrunner 2 has done decently for the developer. It earned PLN 24.4 million or $6.13 million in revenue as of October 31st, roughly five days after release per Bankier.pl. Production costs for the title amount to PLN 16.7 million or $4.2 million, meaning it’s turned a profit.
Whether that accounts for marketing and advertising is unknown. Neither the developer nor publisher 505 Games have revealed sales for the sequel. By comparison, the first game sold over 2.5 million copies in September, having launching in October 2020.
Ghostrunner 2 is available for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Check out our review here for more details or the accolades trailer for other critics’ thoughts.
