Satisfactory

Coffee Stain Studios has long been associated with the Goat Simulator franchise which, as the name implies, is about playing as a goat. What started as an April Fool’s Day joke ultimately morphed into a full game and subsequent follow-ups. If you’ve been wondering whether the Sanctum developer has anything else up its sleeve, then Satisfactory may be the answer.

Revealed in a new teaser at GDC 2018, we see a small lizard-like creature on some alien planet eating some fruit/flower thing while construction goes on the background, off-camera. There’s not much to go off of here though it might have something to do with the “factory” part of Satisfactory’s name.

Coffee Stain is inviting players to sign up for Satifactory’s alpha which begins in May. It describes it as a “secret project – and with that comes extra prestige and risk! It’s a win-win!” It doesn’t seem like we’ll be getting many more details at this point. Regardless, head on over to the official site to sign up today.
