God Eater 3

Bandai Namco may have the God Eater team working on Code Vein but there’s also a brand new God Eater on the horizon as well. The publisher has released a new trailer for God Eater 3, which sees the world ravaged by the Aragami and the player needing to “re-establish a new balance”.

Taking place several years after the past battle, the story seems to center on a new character who possesses new God Arc weapons which have been implanted by Aragami cells. There’s also something going on with the God Eaters in general and players will have to “break free from the cursed shackles” that bind them.

Thus far we don’t know what platforms God Eater 3 will be coming to but consoles and PC seem to be a safe bet. Previous God Eater titles debuted on PlayStation Portable and PlayStation Vita before coming to consoles. Judging by the bump in visuals for God Eater 3, Bandai Namco seem to be focusing on current gen platforms.
