Sony has finally released the sales number for the God of War franchise and this has to be some sort of a revelation. God of War 3 has sold 5.1 million units and the rest, well, you can check out the chart released by Sony below.
God of War Collection has sold 2.4 million so far, and for an HD collection, that’s pretty impressive. God of War 1 has sold 4.5 million worldwide, God of War 2 has sold 4.2 million and the PSP games didn’t perform that shabbily either.
Sony has also given the release dates for all these games, and God of War: Ascension will be headed to the PS3 on March, which is when all God of War main console games were released.
