#12. GARM
This is yet another high point in a game that, frankly, is full of high points. After Atreus mistakenly lets the giant wolf Garm lose in Helheim, he and Kratos travel back to the realm of the dead to set things right, and their fight against Garm is an epic one. It’s a multi-staged battle that, halfway through, lulls you into a false sense of security by making you think the fight is over. Garm is also a menacing foe with a varied arsenal of attacks, many of which are tricky to avoid and do a ton of damage. The way Kratos and Atreus work together to take the wolf down, and the narrative payoff that comes with the end of the battle, serve as the cherry on top of the sundae.
