WB Games Montreal has a new video for Gotham Knights, discussing the Batman Family, the theme of each hero’s design, and how they must work together. Check it out below.

With Batman supposedly dead, Robin, Nightwing, Red Hood and Batgirl have to not only work together but also coexist. What’s especially interesting is the image language that influences their designs. Red Hood is blocky, so he’s more tank-like in-game. Batgirl is symmetrical, which fits her more balanced profile while Robin is “lower” but sneakier.

Each character has their arc to fulfill, but they won’t be alone. Alfred, the wise butler of Wayne Manor, helps them out by patching their wounds and providing emotional support. Much of these human moments aren’t just relegated to cutscenes. They can also be seen in ambient conversations, even in some of the props around the Belfry.

Gotham Knights is out on October 21st for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC.
