Gran Turismo 7’s near-monthly cadence of updates will continue in November, as expected, and though the racing sim’s next update has taken slightly longer than expected, producer and series creator Kazunori Yamauchi has confirmed that it’s not too far away now.

Taking to Twitter, Yamauchi confirmed that Gran Turismo 7’s next update is arriving sometime next week, and also shared an image showing the silhouettes of the vehicles that the update will be adding, as he does before every update releases. The image confirms the upcoming addition of five new cars, though we can, of course, expect other new content as well, which we’ll be learning more about next week.

It’s likely that PS5 Pro enhancements will be added with this incoming patch. Previously, it was confirmed that on the mid-gen console, Polyphony Digital’s racing sim will feature both an 8K mode and a 4K mode with enhanced ray tracing effects.

Gran Turismo 7 is available on PS5 and PS4.
