Granblue Fantasy: Relink Demo Crosses 600,000 Downloads

Cygames' long-awaited action RPG is set to launch for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC on February 1.

With the likes of Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, Persona 3 Reload, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirthand Dragon’s Dogma 2there’s no shortage of major new RPG releases to dive into over the coming weeks for fans of the genre. Another one among those that has been a long time coming is Granblue Fantasy: Relink, and based on how its demo its doing, it looks like people are really hungry for the game.

A demo of the upcoming action RPG recently launched for PS5 and PS4, offering a taste of the Story Mode and Quest Mode, including 11 playable characters, featuring online gameplay, and more. Taking recently to Twitter, developer Cygames announced that in the two weeks since the demo came out, it has been downloaded by over 600,000 players across both PS5 and PS4.

Meanwhile, Cygames has also confirmed that it’s listening to feedback from players, based on which it’s to address issues with camera controls, key bindings, and “other features”, with fixes set to arrive in “future updates”.

Granblue Fantasy: Relink launches in full for PS5, PS4, and PC (check out its PC requirements through here) on February 1. Check out its post-launch road map through here for details on what the game will add following its release.
