Cygames confirmed last month that Granblue Fantasy: Relink would be getting a free demo sometime in January, and during a recent showcase, the company announced its exact release date. True to recent leaks, Granblue Fantasy: Relink’s demo will launch for PS5 and PS4 on January 12.
The demo will include three modes- the story mode, which will allow you to play through its introductory portion; quest mode, which will let you play through three challenging combat-oriented quests either solo or in multiplayer; and tutorial mode, which will be pretty much exactly what it sounds like.
Cygames has also confirmed that the demo will feature eleven playable characters- Gran, Kataline, Rackam, Io, Charlotta, Ghandagoza, Narmaya, Lancelot, Siegfried, Yodarha, and Zeta. Assist Modes will also be included, while completing the demo’s story mode and quest mode offerings will also unlock bonus rewards for the full game itself.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink launches in full for PS5, PS4, and PC on February 1.
