Cygames has had a busy year thus far, releasing Granblue Fantasy Versus for PS4 and PC (besides supporting the original mobile RPG). However, it has even more news coming up next month. It announced that the yearly Granblue Fantasy Summer special would be live streamed on August 8th.
The stream will run from 6 PM to 9 PM JST. Along with news and variety segments, viewers can expect details on upcoming updates. More information will be provided later. However, one can assume that details on Granblue Fantasy: Relink, even if it’s just a small development update, could be incoming.
It’s been almost four years since the action RPG, which PlatinumGames had worked on up till February 2019, was announced for PS4. We’ve seen new footage which showcases the co-op gameplay that players can expect but a release window has always been pending. Perhaps that will change in August. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime.
