While the black bird is watching from the sky, it gives the team a huge advantage because it reveals the location of every enemy of the map, with no counter effective to neutralize it. This kill streak provides an excellent tactical advantage to its team. The Blackbird appears as an eight kill streak reward and cannot be shot down.
