Wet and Cold
This mod is for those who are just into details and cannot go on in the game until that detail is fixed. In the world of PS4 and Xbox One there are many details that we ignore but are quite insane, for example getting wet in the rain and noticing that “wet” feel to it. Well in Skyrim some clever modder has made that effect. The Wet and Cold mod aims to make the good people of Skyrim react more realistically to unfavorable weather. In the mod you will notice that some will don cloaks and hoods. However the best part is that, whenever you get wet, water will drip from your clothes until they dry.
