58. Dying Light

Dying Light shows a lot of promise. As you may have guessed Dying Light is a zombie apocalypse-themed game set in an open world, only with a twist. When the sun goes down the infected become crazier and gain supernatural abilities which give them an edge and give you the chills. This amazingly textured and horrifying scene where the zombies just come at you in droves and the player just has an axe to defend himself with, is one of those moments where you are left in a state of panic and try to run like hell. The image gains more credibility due to the pharmacy store in the background which depicts desperation and panic as the player tries to reach his friend and escape the madness.
