49. inFamous Second Son
Infamous Second Son is setting up to be a visually pleasing game, and by the looks of it I suspect that the authorities will be after Delsin who can stir up chaos by using his powers. I imagine that Delsin will evolve in to an unstoppable character, who will become more and more powerful as the story evolves and also become more arrogant and cocky. Deslin will have a variety of deadly powers and abilities to cause chaos, what those abilities are or can do are yet to be seen. The screenshot above reminds me of Tron but has a better particle effect system in place to back it up.
