Outlast will always scare the hell out of you and I mean always, because it is just that damn good and horrifying. The lighting, the ambiance and the gritty tone of the game all team up against you. The screenshots above indicates that there is never a time where the player can feel relaxed as total carnage, creepiness, and the feeling that someone or something is just going to attack you soon, is jut going going to creep you every now and then.
