Green Hell VR will soon be getting sizeable content additions, starting with a first drop scheduled for later this month. Developer Incuvo has announced that Spirits of Amazonia – the trilogy of expansions that launched for the original version of Green Hell a couple of years ago – will also be coming to the survival title’s VR version.

The trilogy will kick off with the launch of Part 1 on November 30. In addition to bringing new story content that serves as a prequel to the base game’s story, Spirits of Amazonia Part 1 will double the size of the base game’s play area by introducing a new map that is as large as the original map, and offer 10-15 hours of new content.

Players will once again play as protagonist Jake Higgins, who, in his attempts to win the trust of the Mu’agi tribe, will have to “complete missions based on local legends, help tribe members, and provide supplies for the village”.

Incuvo has also confirmed that the expansion will arrive as a free update for all owners of the game.

Green Hell VR is available on PS VR2 and Meta Quest 2.
