GRID: Autosport

After teasing the same, Codemasters finally confirmed the development of the next GRID game, titled GRID: Autosport. It will be releasing for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 with BrasilGamer stating that it will be out June 27th.

Along with featuring a cockpit view – which the second game lacked – Codemasters is also looking to add the most content seen in the series yet. You’ll be able to participate in night drives, and the Career Mode will have its own enhancements. These include recruiting teammates, bagging sponsors and much more. There will be five racing styles available, 22 locations, over 100 tracks and online play featuring clubs, raceNet integration and the usual weekly challenges.

Expect to hear more about GRID: Autosport in the coming weeks, especially in the lead-up to E3 2014. Are you excited for the game or bummed out that it’s not on the PS4 and Xbox One? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
