GTA 5 Info: Official Facebook Page launched, Rockstar asking for fan feedback

Crews feature to be expanded?

Posted By | On 21st, Oct. 2012

Last week we reported that GTA 5 was shown to the media and Game Informer’s next issue will contain lots of details on the game. Rockstar has launched the official Facebook page for the game. With the page already hitting 30k likes, we can deduce that fan anticipation for this game is through the roof.

They have also mentioned that they have started individual Facebook pages for each game in their catalog, and it will be updated from time to time with relevant info. GTA 5’s page could be updated next month as the new issue of Game Informer hits the stands. It’s unclear as to how much info Rockstar is willing to reveal but considering GI is the third largest magazine in the US, we expect it to be significant.

“The official Rockstar Games FB page here will continue to be the primary place on Facebook to get Rockstar news as it happens, but we’ll also be sharing fun things at the individual game pages from time to time as well for fans,” they revealed.

They have also started taking feedback on ‘Crews’ for the game, which was originally found in Max Payne 3, and GTA 5 will probably feature an enhanced version of that.

As we’re busy working on Grand Theft Auto V, we’d like to take this opportunity to ask all of you for your feedback, input and ideas for features you’d like to see created for Crews in the game.

Whether it’s suggestions for competitive in-game Crew features in Multiplayer, new ways to manage and recruit, ideas for enhancing Social Club Crew pages and leaderboards, things you did and didn’t like about Crews in Max Payne 3, or any thoughts at all related to Crews really that you’d like to share – we’re all ears. We’d especially love to hear from current Crew members and leaders so that we can continue making our unique approach to persistent team based Multiplayer as fun as it can be in GTAV.

The place to have your voice heard is via email to GTAVCrewFeedback@rockstargames.com.

So what are you waiting for? Send your feedback to Rockstar Games. It’s not long until we see more info for the game, and eventually the release which could be before May 2013.
