Halo 4- new video shows off an awesome snow-capped map

It's called 'Longbow'

Posted By | On 24th, Oct. 2012

IGN has posted a video detailing one of Halo 4’s multiplayer maps in complete detail. The map is called Longbow.

It’s a snow-covered mountain, basically, with bases and structures on strategic locations. It’s got vehicles like warthogs, banshees and other stuff Halo fans will be familiar with. It’s even got space lifts (kinda).

It’s also interesting to note how good it looks. Not only is the artistic design excellent, the game looks great even from a visual standpoint. Thinking back to Reach in 2010 or ODST in 2009, Halo as a series has grown a lot visually.

It looks like a great map. Have a look above.

Halo 4 releases on November 6th for the Xbox 360, and it kicks off a new Halo trilogy.

If you live in Canada, you can get Halo 4 for just $20, $40 less than its actual price.

Stay tuned for more updates.
