Though Halo 5 hasn’t even been properly confirmed for release this year – and it’s uncertain whether we’ll be getting that or Halo 2 Anniversary – but that’s not stopping fans from coming up with mock user interface designs to cater to fans. One concept, courtesy of Imgur user Chettlar, showcases several new features and you can check it out below.

The mock UI includes the option to go back into a game if everyone you played with is online again; the option to bypass matchmaking when in a lobby and either resume the game you were playing or choose other options; and the ability to play with those who have the same DLC as you. There’s also a short preview of the game map and you can preview skills, network strength, mission difficulty and much more in the accompanying loading screens.

What are your thoughts on the UI? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more information on the next Halo for Xbox One at E3 2014. For further reading, it was earlier confirmed that Halo on Xbox One will have some sort of cloud integration.
