Halo 5: Guardians

Halo 5’s testing Beta has proven to be popular with a great many gamers and unpopular with just as many, but that doesn’t change the fact that the game is a solid, first person shooter with new mechanics which, for a Beta, is saying a lot. The Beta is coming to a close and as such, it’s receiving a couple of final updates.

One update is the new Stronghold game mode which is very reminiscent of the Domination game mode from Call of Duty. This game mode tasks players with controlling territories as best as possible. And for those of you that enjoy a little bit of world building in the Forge, then you can now hop into the Orion map.

If you’re like me, that’s to say a long time counter strike player, you’ll favour skilled players over not very skilled players with power weapons. If that’s the case, then Breakout mode is for you. Low shields means you need to play better to win.
