Heathstone players will be greeted with an unexpected bit of generosity today if they log in- three free card packs for you, no strings attached. The card packs are actually meant a an apology from Blizzard for some server issues and outages the game suffered from over the Christmas week.
The card packs will have to be redeemed, however- they will remain in the Battle.net client’s gift section for a month, so be sure to head there and actually redeem them so you have them. They will disappear after that, so it’s best that you get cracking.
It’s unclear whether these card pack will actually have anything meaningful for most pro players, who already have competitively tuned decks, but for more casual ones, at least, they should hopefully be able to net some cool cards. Hearthstone is available on PCs running Windows and Mac, as well as on iOS and Android devices.
