Rogue Factor’s Hell is Us is available later today in advanced access for those who purchased the Deluxe Edition. For those on the fence, a new overview trailer is available, outlining everything you need to know. Check it out below.
Hell is Us focuses on Rémi, a peacekeeper who leaves his post to travel to Hadea and locate his parents. The country is in the middle of a civil war, and that’s not even accounting for an event called the Calamity, which has loosed dangerous Hollow Walkers. Rémi must navigate the fires of war, battling the creatures, and ultimately fulfill a greater purpose.
While it sports combat mechanics similar to Souls-like titles, the main appeal of Hell is Us is the lack of hand holding. Players won’t receive any guidance or waypoints and must figure out how to progress forward. That especially applies in the game’s various dungeons, which you can learn more about here.
For Standard Edition owners, Hell is Us launches on September 4th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC.
