Hellraid: The Escape – New Mobile Action-Adventure Game Announced

Looks pretty sweet.

Shortbreak Studios has announced Hellraid: The Escape, an action-adventure game for OS dievices that is being developed in close cooperation with Techland, the creators of Dying Light, Dead Island and the Call of Juarez series. Techland is also the developer of Hellraid, the first-person co-op slasher game on PC and consoles, so this game probably acts as a companion game to that one.

Hellraid: The Escape sees you play as someone whose soul has been trapped in a magical prison guarded by demons by a sorcerer obsessed with the dark arts. To escape, and search for answers, you must find your way out of there.

Shortbreak Studios is promising a visually stunning experience in which players face a multitude of unique puzzles and encounter horrific demons; the game is due to be launched on all supported iOS devices on May 15th for $2.99 or €2.49 over the App Store. Stay tuned for more coverage.
