Hideo Kojima Congratulates Fumito Ueda On The Last Guardian’s Launch

A class act.

After a ten year long odyssey, The Last Guardian is finally out, and it is also almost worth the wait, if a bit besought with technical issues. And now, another Japanese developer famous for taking far too long on his games is congratulating Fumito Ueda, the director of The Last Guardian.

Posting on his Twitter, Hideo Kojima, the developer of Metal Gear Solid, and the upcoming Death Stranding, congratulated Ueda on the release of the game. Ueda has apparently sent Kojima a copy of The Last Guardian, and Kojima states that he is looking forward to playing it.

“To Ueda-san, Just received The Last Guardian! Congrats! I will play it now. Thanks for your message, let’s go out!” Kojima enthused on his Twitter.

The Last Guardian is available now on PS4 and PS4 Pro- that said, if you are looking to play the game, and you only have a standard PS4 system, you may want to give this one a bit of a wide berth for now.
