WB Games recently unveiled a free update for Hogwarts Legacy, boasting a photo mode, new gameplay features, and more, though interestingly enough, it looks like the publisher has yet more in the works for the uber-successful action RPG. That’s as per a report published by Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier.
More specifically, after chronicling the troubled development of Rocksteady’s failed live service shooter Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, the report goes on to claim that the studio is currently also helping Hogwarts Legacy developer Avalanche Software work on a director’s cut for the game. What exactly this re-release will include is unknown, however.
Meanwhile, the report claims that Rocksteady Studios is also looking to return to single-player experiences with its next project. Read more on that through here.
Hogwarts Legacy is available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. It has sold over 24 million units worldwide. Read our review of the game through here.
