Many of you heard the phrase “There’s something in the water” that statement was so true in Half Life 2, where Dr Breen had vending machines of sorts installed all over City 17, and labeled it as his private reserve. However the resistance makes an interesting observation that the water has been tampered with by the combine and affects the minds of the people to make them more submissive and not have any smart ideas of resisting.
