Insomniac Developer Shares Photo of Spider-Man Animation Team, Sony QA Tester Joins Insomniac Games

The photo in question was taken by a man named Peter Parker. Seriously.

One of the most anticipated upcoming games at the moment is Spider-Man on the PS4, under development at Insomniac Games, the same folks who brought us the wonderful Ratchet and Clank series, as well as Sunset Overdrive on the Xbox One.

Development on the game seems to be coming along well- in fact, Bryan Intihar, Creative Director at Insomniac Games, shared a picture of the Insomniac Games animation team on Twitter recently (ironically enough, it seems as though the picture was taken by a photographer named Peter Parker- you couldn’t make this stuff up).

Insomniac has also bolstered its ranks thanks to Jason Ragatz, a former QA tester at Sony, who has now joined the studio. Posting on Twitter about his departure from Sony and employment at Insomniac, Ragatz expressed excitement at the opportunity to make ‘something special’ with Insomniac (which, to be fair, most of Insomniac’s games are).

Spider-Man is due out exclusively for the PS4 early next year. The game will be independent of the movies and comics, and will star many fan favorite Spider-Man characters.
