Fallout 4

Update: The 2015 release date has been removed from Bethesda’s store. But GMG, Gamestop and Amazon are still listing it as a 2015 title, however these appear to be placeholder dates.

Original story:

Bethesda have confirmed that Fallout 4 will be launching on the PS4, Xbox One and PC. As previoulsy reported the game will take place in Boston and will apparently feature a protagonist who will speak in the game.

However there is no mention of release date according to the press release which was issued by Bethesda earlier today. But it seems that the developers are targeting for a 2015 release date. The official store for Bethesda is stating that the game is expected to release this year. Although a specifc date is not stated, the page does mention that the estimated release  date is TBA 2015.

This is interesting because if this is true then it means that the development of the game is essentially close to complete.

We have reached out to Bethesda for clarification and we will update this when we hear from them. Stay tuned for more news and  updates on Fallout 4.
