Jeremy McGrath’s Offroad races onto XBLA, trailing behind on PSN

2XL games today announced Jeremy McGrath’s Offroad is now available on the Xbox Live Arcade.

Providing a ‘retail-quality’ experience, Jeremy McGrath’s Off road seeks to do away with the ‘needless, most tedious’ aspects of most racing games. Instead, it seeks to create a ‘truly fun’ experience, packed with multiplayer, vehicle upgrades, fender-benders, big air, dirt-slinging action, all in seamless 60 frames-per-second, in full 1080p high definition glory.

“Looking back on the previous generation of games, there were a lot of great racers out there that were simply a lot of fun. They were inspiring,” said Robb Rinard, creative director at 2XL Games.

“We wanted to recapture what was great about those games while making something our own. I’m proud of what we’ve created, and I’m more than ready to take on some challengers online.”

Jeremy McGrath’s Offroad is on XBLA for 800 MS points, coming soon to PSN for £6.30/$9,99.
