Jurassic World Evolution

Frontier Developments have announced the first meaty DLC coming up for their dinosaur park management title Jurassic World Evolution. Titled Secrets of Dr. Wu, the DLC will be dropping on November 20 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It will be priced at $15, but can only be accessed once you have a four star rating on Isla Muerta. A trailer for it has also been released, which you can view below.

As the name suggests, Secrets of Dr. Wu will focus on geneticist Dr. Henry Wu as the central character. The DLC brings with it new story missions where you, the park manager, will be working alongside all the different Divisions, while also secretly working with Dr. Wu to earn his trust and gain access to a bevy of new things, such as new dig sites, opportunities for creating brand new hybrid dinosaurs, as well as new, previously unseen locations on Isla Muerta and Isla Tacano.

The DLC will bring with it a total of five new dinosaurs, three of which are hybrids created by Dr. Wu, and also shown off in the trailer below. These are the Stegoceratops (Triceratops and Stegassaurus), the Ankylodocus (Ankylosaurus and Diplodocus), and the Spinoraptor (Spinosaurus and Velociraptor). The other two dinosaurs are the Olorotitan and the Troodon, which will be added to the general roster of dinosaurs (the non-hybrid variety).

Given how great the base game was, I have high hopes for the DLC. Back in July, Frontier Developments announced that the game had managed to sell 1 million copies within its first five weeks on the market. Read more on that through here.
