Just Cause 3 Looks Utterly Amazing: Explosions, Crazy Stunts And More

Without a doubt the most colourful game that doesn't come across as garish.

Just Cause 3

If, like me, you have fond memories of creating a swirling vortex of chaos and explosions in Just Cause 2, then you best get ready for the following. Square Enix have stepped up to the plate in the wake of their very disappointing “next gen Final Fantasy VII” reveal which was nothing but a 2 year old PC port. They have released 22 screenshots of the latest entry into the Just Cause series which look absolutely amazing.

Just Cause 3 has come into the light with all guns blazing recently and these images give you a good look at what to expect. From just a glance at the game, it’s readily apparent that this title is making use of high poly models and high resolution textures. It’s also got particle effects coming out of its ears that make explosions and ricocheting bullets look a little too real, I think I may well find myself ducking on occasion.

That, mixed with a hyper colourful world that still has a tone of realism puts this game in direct contrast to it’s more wannabe photo realistic counterparts. If anything, this is looking to be t he most aesthetically pleasing game I’ve seen in a long time.
