Avalanche Studios’ Just Cause 3 may be an action adventure game about explosions and chaos but it’s not compromising on the open world aspect that’s made the series so famous. In a new video from PlayStation Access, we see how long it takes to cover one end of Medici (the game’s fictitious island) to the next via helicopter.

Though Just Cause 3’s 400 square mile world may not necessarily be bigger than Just Cause 2, Avalanche has been putting a ton of effort into making the game world feel more alive. If you choose to explore the world at the ground level, you’ll have underground facilities, tunnels and even caves to explore. That’s not including the numerous challenges and side-quests that are available for players to partake in.

Just Cause 3 releases on December 1st for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. What are your thoughts on the size of the world? Let us know in the comments and stay tuned for more information in the coming days.
