Remember Kingdom Come: Deliverance, the open world action RPG by Warhorse Studios that was crowd-funded through Kickstarter? Development is still on-going in full earnest and the team has been hard at work in ironing out the game’s features. One such feature is combat especially sword-fighting and a video released by the studio outlines the amount of effort that went into getting it just right for players.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is being developed on CryEngine and allows players a chance to live in the medieval ages, effectively choosing their own path while waging war. Combat is important since it will take place from a first person viewpoint with plenty of emphasis on the historical accuracy and physics of the weapon you’re wielding.

Scheduled to release in summer 2016 for PC, Kingdom Come: Deliverance currently has a technical alpha that you can check out here. Let us know your thoughts on the video in the comments.
