The two entities behind the long running Warriors series, Koei Tecmo and Omega Force, are teasing something relatively soon. A new video along with a website has come up that seems to be telling us to expect some godly intervention to come our way.

Today publisher Koei Tecmo released a short teaser video. It features brief flashes of characters from both Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors, then ends with the cryptic message, “Wield the Power of the Gods Once More…”

Considering Warriors Ocochi is the crossover title between the two, and that the latest entry in that series, Warriors Orochi 4, actually allowed you to play as deities such as Zeus, it seems pretty likely that the announcement being teased is the next game in that series, or at least another title in a similar vein. You can check out the teaser below, and an official announcement will come August 29th via Weekly Famitsu.
