Boss Key Productions’ LawBreakers will be releasing on August 8th for PS4 and PC as per creator Cliff Bleszinski at the PC Gaming Show. It will retail for $30 though PS4 players would need PlayStation Plus for multiplayer.

LawBreakers will also have a public beta on June 30th for PC. If you’re curious about what’s in store, you can check it out then. Pre-orders go live on June 13th for Steam and the PlayStation Store.

The game itself is a return to fast-paced arena combat but with a mix of objective play and different heroes. The setting comprises of a war between the Law and the Breakers. Each side has heroes with different specialties for seven classes in total.

The hallmark of the gameplay is the presence of gravity anomalies, which allows players to float and fly around in zero gravity. It’s a lot crazier than it sounds.

What are your thoughts on LawBreakers releasing this August? Let us know in the comments below.
