Another week is gone from our lives, which is kind of depressing to think about. But what’s not depressing is another week means another batch of free games for your PC from the Epic Games Store. This week we get two first person titles of very different types.

First up is Bloober Team’s Layers of Fear. The game is a first person horror exploration game where you must explore the mind of an insane painter and discovery his unsettling secrets.

On the flip, the other title is the colorful Q.U.B.E 2. The game is more of a puzzle based game where you play a stranded archaeologist who must solve multiple puzzles to find a way back home in a strange world.

Layers of Fear and Q.U.B.E 2 are free from now until October 31st on the Epic Games Store. On October 31st, to celebrate a new month and Halloween the next duo of games will Costume Quest and SOMA.
