LEGO Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight

After releasing LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga in 2022, TT Games is back with its newest title – LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. It’s out in 2026 for PS5, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2. Check out the first trailer below.

While previous titles focused on the hero in original stories, Legacy of the Dark Knight pulls from numerous iconic events across movies, comic books, games, and more. There are scenes from Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises and even 2022’s The Batman, set across a large open world, not unlike the Batman: Arkham series.

Combat looks very Freeflow Combat-esque with Takedowns, combos, and whatnot. You can also recruit playable partners like Batgirl, Catwoman, Jim Gordon and Robin, each with their own gear. Difficulty modes like Caped Crusader and Dark Knight Mode are also available to amp up the challenge. Stay tuned for more details as Gamescom Opening Night Live continues.
