Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is promising improvements over Yakuza: Like a Dragon in several ways, and specifically where its RPG mechanics are concerned, a lot of that will come down to the many new Jobs that the game will be introducing on top of the ones that will be returning from its predecessor.

The majority of these jobs will be part of the base experience, but a couple are going to be available only to those who pre-order the game. In new clips recently published on Twitter, developer Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios has offered glimpses of those two pre-order-exclusive Jobs.

First, there’s the Linebacker job for all football nuts out there, which will be available to all male party members and will allow you to “deliver brutal tackles”, among other things. Meanwhile, female party members will have access to the Tennis Ace job, which will let you attack foes with some “nasty serves”. Check out both clips below, which showcase typically humourous and over-the-top scenes of both Jobs in action.

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth will launch on January 26 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It’s been confirmed that its PC version will support DLSS 3 and be Steam Deck Verified upon release.
