Like a Dragon, Judgment Developer is Seemingly Teasing an “Important Announcement” for Monday

But Monday is April Fool's Day, so it could be a whole lot of nothing. Then again, it could be Judgment 3.

Lost Judgment

With Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth now a couple months old, there isn’t much information available on what developer Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio is working on for the future (a rare occurrence for the developer), though it seems that might change soon.

Taking to Twitter, Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio recently announced a stream for next week (on Monday, to be precise), during which it will “deliver a lot of information on the latest Ryu Ga Gotoku products.” The studio also seems be teasing an announcement during the stream, with the tweet adding, “Also, will there be an important announcement from Ryu ga Gotoku Studio?”

Masayoshi Yokoyama, studio director at RGG Studio, said earlier this year that the developer had a “big announcement” planned for 2024.

If Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio is indeed set to make an announcement on Monday, the safe bet would probably be on Judgment 3 (or whatever the sequel to Lost Judgment ends up being called) getting officially announced- unless, of course, RGG Studio has another Like a Dragon game waiting in the wings, which you can never count against.

It’s worth remembering that Monday is April 1, so there’s a chance that the studio is planning some April Fool’s shenanigans rather than an actual announcement. Either way, we’ll know for sure soon enough, so stay tuned.
