Luigi’s Mansion 3 Gameplay Showcases Ghost Hunting, Gooigi Tactics

With hits like Astral Chain and The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening under its belt, Nintendo is now looking forward to Luigi’s Mansion 3. The official Japanese website for the game is now live and contains numerous new gameplay clips. Check them all out below courtesy of Nintendo Everything on YouTube.

Along with your standard ghost capturing, we see some of the new mechanics like Slamming in action. At some point, Luigi uses objects like lettuce to stun foes before sucking them in with the Poltergust G-00. Gooigi is also in action, traversing dangerous obstacles to hit switches and assisting Luigi in pulling objects.

Luigi’s Mansion 3 is out on October 31st for the Switch but the fun doesn’t end with the single-player campaign. Multiplayer modes like the ScareScraper and Screampark will receive new content in the form of paid DLC in the future so stay tuned. In the meantime, the game can be pre-loaded before launch.
