Luigi’s Mansion 3, despite being slated for this year still, has no official release date. Nintendo has basically said the game will be done when it’s done, and we should know soon. But it’s been a bit strange considering we have solid dates for all other upcoming Nintendo published games (with most of them coming out in September it seems, almost like they have a hardware revision that month or something). Now, though, through Amazon Mexico, we may have a date.
Some people have been putting in orders through the Mexican branch of Amazon’s website and getting email confirmations stating that Luigi’s Mansion 3 release date is October 4th.
As always, we put retailer leaks in the rumor bin, but considering the theme of the game, the fact that September is packed with Nintendo games, and Pokemon in November, it doesn’t seem to be too out there. And it’s a Friday, which has become the standard for Nintendo releases. We’ll hopefully find out soon, but either way, Luigi’s Mansion 3 is still scheduled to come out this year for the Nintendo Switch.
