Paradox revealed during the Paradox Interactive Convention in Stockholm, Sweden that their Arrowhead developed game, Magicka, had sold an impressive 1.3 million units, and the expansion packs and DLC have sold a total of 4 million, with Magicka: Vietnam selling 500,000 units.

Paradox also announced that a new expansion pack for Magicka, called “The Other Side of the Coin” is also in development, and it will let the players play as the bad guys. That is all the information they revealed.

In our review, we gave Magicka a score of 7.5/10, calling it “one of the most fun and purest gaming experiences we’ve had in a long, long time” and saying that it’s “a fun game that’s a blast to play through”. You can read our review here.
