Nintendo really let loose with Mario Kart 8 where track design was concerned, using the paragliding mechanic and the new antigravity mechanic in conjunction to design some of the most winding and vertical tracks in the series to date. Toad Harbor, though far from the most complex track in the series, is an excellent blueprint for that design style. Bursting with life and brimming with detail, Toad Harbor is absolutely gorgeous, and an absolute pleasure to race through no matter how many times you do it.
