Mario Tennis Aces

The next big release from Nintendo for the Switch is Mario Tennis Aces, which, after a decade of disappointing games, seeks to bring the series back to its former glory. There’s a classic mode where you can play without power ups, there are all sorts of crazy courses and power ups for those who do like those, and the series’ famed story mode is back in this game, too. All of this, plus a full fledged suite of online modes, including with tournament functionality.

But if you’re not convinced, then Nintendo will allow you to go hands on with the game ahead of time. A pre-launch tournament for the game will allow everyone to go hands on with it, and try the mechanics and online functionality out ahead of time. It will be held from June 1 at 7am PT to June 3 at 4pm PT.

There is also a brand new trailer for the game that you can see for yourself below. Mario Tennis Aces launches for the Switch exclusively next month.
