Marvel Heroes Roster Now Features Jean Grey: No, She Doesn’t Die in 10 Seconds

Plus a new trailer from the NY Comic Con showcasing the game's features.

Gazillion Entertainment recently announced a few new additions to the Marvel Heroes roster at the New York Comic Con 2012 with Jean Grey, Nova and Luke Cage. That makes for over 25 heroes thus far, with the roster already packing heavy-weights like Spider Man, Iron Man, Wolverine, Storm, Ms. Marvel, Thor, Captain America and above all, Rocket Raccoon.

Now admittedly, this free to play isometric action MMO is looking pretty sweet. Not only do you get to play as your favourite Marvel characters in a story penned by the famous (for Civil War) and infamous (for Secret Invasion) Brian Michael Bendis, but the game promises infinite replayability with it’s randomized multiplayer zones and unique abilities.

Will the gameplay transgress beyond the typical beat-em-up style of play that Marvel Ultimate Alliance pioneered? Because that could wear thin after a couple of rounds. Hopefully, there will be enough of a plot and variety in the side-missions to spice things up.
