A lot of the time, when gamers have a deep affection for a series that they are heavily invested in, they tend to always want this and that added to the game. That’s not always a bad thing, but it’s not always a good thing. I think that’s why in one of Mac Walters, the creative director on Mass Effect 4, recent tweets he said, “Spring-Forward Poll: What new feature, system or gameplay would you add to the next MassEffect ?”

Since then a number of users have asked for a number of features including the ability to add flying shuttles, more exploration and armor variation. On another note, there’s more good news for those of us that have an interest in the extended universe of Mass Effect.

Chris Wynn, the senior development director on the project, recently responded to a fan’s question regarding the possibility of new novels and/or comics based on Mass Effect 4. Chris told the fan, “probably yes, but we haven’t put any concrete plans down yet.” Mass Effect 4 does not have a release date yet but it’s may be coming next year on the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
