Self-interpreted Ending
One of the biggest complaints (possibly in video game history) was the cinematic ending to Mass Effect 3. It was a convoluted nightmare in which we as gamers had to self- interpret and figure out what happened based on our own views. It was complained upon to a point to which the developers added to the ending hoping to clear up certain issues. It didn’t help much. This must end with Andromeda. If the next Mass Effect is to be another trilogy or longer, it’s understandable that the first game will have a somewhat open ending. But by the time the next wave of games comes to an end, the conclusion needs to be understandable, complete and definitive.
