Mass Effect Andromeda Dev: ‘I Like What I’m Seeing’

Can the new game live up to all of the hype?

Mass Effect Andromeda

Mass Effect Andromeda has so far only had one showing- and while a lot of fans were disappointed with what they saw, on the whole, it seems as though there is enough faith in Bioware that people are still willing to give the game, when it ultimately launches by March 2017, a chance.

On Bioware’s part, they’re doing what they always do, and talking the game up. A lot. So, for instance, speaking on Reddit, a developer who is specifically working on the in game cinematics, discussed how the game is coming along, enthusing that he likes what he is seeing of the game so far.

“As for Andromeda, I can’t say much, but I like what I’m seeing. I also made sure to work with the mocap actors to make sure their weapons handling as authentic as possible,” he said. “I’ve had some shots sneak into some of the other material that’s been released so far, including the Sony demo. I’ve quite a bit of content on this game, like the other cinematics people, but sadly I can’t say anything about it just yet.”

Which sounds good to me. I hope we get to see something more of substance from the game some time soon- even though N7 Day is just a little over a month away now.
